Charles Justal is from Brittany, France. He enjoyed sports greatly, playing ice-hockey at school. Academically, he liked statistics, and went on to study Economics at university. During his studies, he supported himself by working in events and in a clinic.
After university, he worked for an investment company, spending time with American clients, where he learnt English. He then got an offer in London, but chose to go for an emerging market. After looking at Beijing, he opted for Russia.
He has been working here in the banking sector specialising in assessing risk for car leasing for the last four years.
