Gwyn Thomas hails from London, England. He had a real flair for languages – aided by a photographic memory – and studied French and Russian at school before going on to study them at degree level.
He managed to find a job in London after graduation which used his Russian and some time later he received an invitation to work in Moscow, which he took and has now been here almost ten years.
He spent time at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and a large Russian company ‘Eldorado’ before moving to the global insurance giant Allianz, where he now holds a senior position and manages a team of over 40 people.
He has a beautiful wife and son and in his free time he enjoys playing football and making music for his band – October Sun.
