hugo-chittendenHugo Chittenden is from the UK. His father is English, his mother is French. He speaks both languages fluently. He was educated at boarding schools where he particularly liked sports. He read Modern Languages at Trinity College, Dublin finishing with a Masters in Spanish.

After university, he worked in bars and hotels before going out to Australia to work in wine. He then worked in Costa Rica in property development for some years.
