Marja Pylkäs is from Finland. She did well at school and went on to study Russian Language and Culture at university where she also dedicated a year to Spanish. After university she worked for the Finnish embassy in St. Petersburg and since then has moved to Moscow. Here she teaches English to children and is pursuing her interest in theatre.
